How does the Pledge Manager work?
Once the campaign ends, all backers will be given access to the Pledge Manager. The Pledge Manager will be hosted on Gamefound - a platform built specifically for RPG and board game Kickstarter projects.
The Pledge Manager will open after funds have been collected at the end of the Kickstarter campaign. In the Pledge Manager, you will be able to choose all the sets you want. You can add as many sets as you want - you aren’t limited by the Tier level you backed at. Any additional sets you add will be at the same cost / set that you paid during the Kickstarter campaign. (Your cost/set is cheaper at higher tiers than at lower tiers). The Pledge Manager will be open for several weeks. You can edit your order at any point while the Pledge Manager is open. At the end of that time, it will close and your set selection will be locked. Once the pledge manager is locked, we will begin production.

Can I choose my sets from the current sets only? Or from all past and current sets?
You can choose your sets from the first run or the current run - any combination you want! That includes all XL Skinny Minis from the first campaign (5-Headed Dragon god, etc.).

How many sets are there in this campaign?
We’ll have 62 sets total this time (including the four survey sets that will be voted on by the backers).

Does my pledge include a binder?
The binders are being sold separately this time with the exception of the Ruby and Diamond tiers. You can include them in your pledge during the Add-On portion when you confirm your pledge. You’ll also be able to add them once the campaign ends in the Pledge Manager.

How many sets does a binder hold?
The binder holds 20 filled sheets. Small sheets hold 25 small minis. Medium sheets hold 12 medium minis. Large sheets hold 6 large minis. XL combo sheets hold 2 huge and 1 XL mini. We will be providing a calculator to help backers determine how many sheets they will need based on their pledge!

Are bases included?
Yes, we include bases with each pledge level. The starter base set includes twenty 1” bases, six 2” bases, and two 3” bases. Copper includes the starter bases set. Silver and Gold include two of the starter bases sets. Platinum includes three of the starter bases sets.

What about 4” bases?
4” bases are available in the Add-On section of the Kickstarter. They will also be available in the Pledge Manager when the campaign ends.

Do the XL minis come with 4” bases?
They won’t come with 4” bases. However, the tier levels do include 3” bases. All the XL minis work well in either the 3” or 4” bases.

If I add extra sets in the pledge manager, will the cost I pay per set be reduced?
Unlike last time, the pledge level you are entered at will determine your cost/set in the pledge manager. It won’t be reduced to match the cost/set of the higher tiers, even if you add enough sets that you would qualify for that tier.

Can I purchase XL minis from other tiers in the Pledge Manager?
Yes, you will be able to purchase higher tier XL items in the pledge manager. For example, you can purchase the XL Kraken, even if you didn’t pledge at the Gold Tier level.

Are you offering a Retailer Tier?
We aren’t offering a retailer tier at this time as the shipped product won’t arrive in retail-ready packaging. After we fulfill this campaign, we will be releasing the sets as retail-packaged items.

No - once the Kickstarter has ended, you will be locked into the tier you chose.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
